My Clear Backpack protects our customers above and beyond the competition by starting with superior quality products. We then take customer service to another level by providing our customers with an industry leading 3 Year Guarantee against manufacturers defects.
Whenever you create a product there may be an issue that arises in the manufacturing process. We do not believe our customers should be responsible for this. We cover all of our products with our 3 Year Warranty as a means to add value and protect your purchase.
We examine every claim on an individual basis without any bias. This means that if you only purchase one product from us you will be treated the same as a customer that may have purchased hundreds of products. No one is less important to us.
My Clear Backpack will need to inspect every product for every claim. My Clear Backpack must reference ALL claims against an original purchase in order to proceed with any claim.
Send us digital pictures of the whole bag and of the broken areas via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We need to clearly see what is going on. Once we determine that the issue is covered by the manufacturers’ warranty, we will send you a replacement piece. If the item is damaged from wear and tear we will notify you about this as it will not fall under the manufacturers guarantee. Only one claim may be made for each original order. Replacement products are not covered by this guarantee.
